"Unboxing" United MileagePlus Premier Silver status (for techies that fly a lot)

This August has been crazy. Threw a PoolParty, flew SFO -> Munich > Wroclaw, Poland. Back to SFO for a Wedding, then SFO -> Munich->Split, Croatia for some adriatic island exploring and then back to SFO to dive into launching products . 

That is a lot of air miles in 1 month.  I flew all of them on United / Lufthansa . At home in Mountain View i arrived to find a thick envelope from United MileagePlus. It was my United MileagePlus Premier Silver status award. More info on United.com/premier

It came with a card and a luggage tag.

I got to say after, "Unboxing" the Premier Silver award envelope i came away very satisfied with the experience.  They packaged and explained what you get from this status upgrade very clearly. IT made me one to fly more ! Way to gamify miles, and traveling :)

In short you get priority seating options and 25% more miles . There are several more Premiere statuses like Gold that earn even more reward miles.

The feel of the copy and booklet was delicate and refined btw:)
