Gmail UI changes early roll out ? Got a Screenshot

I Live in my Gmail inbox/ Gchat. Through meebo on iPhone i am logged into gChat 80% of every 24 hours.

So when Tony sent me a screenshot of Gchat's UI changing i thought i would share with everyone, since this changes the look and feel of something i use daily, and i think all of you do to.
