My New hobby: iPhone Fingerpainting

So i am finally back from my South East Asian backpacking adventures and travels and today i definitely started noticing that i was getting sucked back into internet culture at an alarming rate. I must say it felt very good to be completely disconnected from everything for 3 months (no 3g and no laptop even if you are going to internet cafes virtually every day).
So one of my New Hobbies is to make iPhone Art. By iPhone art i mean anything that is directly created on the iPhone and can be considered a work of art in the graphic design sense or music composition sense. Basically sweet doodles and sick beats that you make with a beat machine app or iPhone drawing apps like Brushes or Layers is what i am talking about.
I don't know if this is a reoccurrence of my infatuation with Adobe Illustrators layering features from back when i was making the P.U.L.S.E. radio sweatshirt designs (P.U.L.S.E. is a high school radio station at the Harker School that i founded when i was a Senior in highschool). I mastered the layering technique for tracing drawings or photos in Adobe Illustrator then while taking the one and only graphic design class of my life. Jay Gaston taught me well apparently, because now many years later i have applied those skills to the Layers app to produce the above results ;)
OR maybe this is my way of bringing a little bit of my South East Asian adventures back with me into the real world. Maybe all the glow in the dark body paint and finger painting that i did out there got me soo hooked that i started finger painting with my iPhone 3G via the Layers app as soon as i got back.
